So with the release of the documents, Trump has shown that the Chinese are hacking to obtain Americans' personal information, but not that they have used this to influence an American election, nor has it been documented that there has been widespread election fraud. He is trying to get the electoral system changed to his advantage before the midterm elections, but it does not look like Americans are buying it.
