What homeserver should I buy?

I am looking to buy a homeserver, and is looking at Synology NAS. But I want a homeserver that i can use as webserver, mailserver, docker, mediaserver and perhaps virtual machines, but that is not too expensive. Any recommendations?

Best solution for private SMTP server

I am looking for a solution to host my own emails on Digitalocean. However DO blocks all outgoing SMTP ports, so you cannot setup a normal SMTP server. DO are not willing to reopen the ports. What do you use as solution for private mails on VPS? Sending them through SendGrid?
